PolyWords Privacy Policy

Overview

PolyWords is an iOS word game developed by Pulsar Digital LLC. The game is designed to work without a PolyWords account and stores game progress and settings on your device.

Information PolyWords stores

PolyWords stores gameplay data such as campaign progress, scores, stars, coins, achievements, discovered words, purchased or earned items, equipped cosmetics, and app settings locally on your device.

Game Center

If you choose to use Apple Game Center, PolyWords submits eligible scores and achievement progress through Apple's GameKit services. Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple's privacy policy and the settings associated with your Apple Account. PolyWords does not receive your Apple Account password.

Purchases and rewarded ads

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Pulsar Digital does not receive your complete payment card information. PolyWords may offer optional rewarded ads in the Shop through Google Mobile Ads. Google may process device, advertising, and interaction data as described in Google's privacy policies and according to your device privacy choices. Rewarded ads are optional and are not shown during gameplay.

Support requests

If you contact PolyWords support, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, and message, so we can respond and troubleshoot your request. Support messages are sent to support@pulsarclt.com and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide support and maintain appropriate business records.

Data sharing and sale

Pulsar Digital does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate optional features, such as Apple for Game Center and purchases and Google for rewarded ads, or when required by law.

Children

PolyWords is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians may contact us to ask about or request deletion of information submitted through support.

Your choices and rights

You can play without enabling Game Center, choose not to view rewarded ads, manage Apple and advertising privacy settings on your device, and delete locally stored game data by removing the app. To request access to or deletion of information submitted to support, email us.
